Blind Spots was an unexpected discovery I found at the library when I was researching for material on Unconscious Bias.
The authors, Max H. Bazerman and Ann E. Tenrunsel, give an easy to read insight into the world of business ethics and the reasons behind why the actions of good people with the best of intentions, sometimes run counter to their espoused beliefs. Readers will find the chapter on ‘Narrowing the Gap’ interventions for improving ethical behaviour really practical.
