In the Western world, the baby boomers are ageing and with them a demographic challenge is looming. Trish Lui has significant experience and expertise as a learning and development consultant, facilitator and coach working with a wide range of organisations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She has developed her considerable learning and development skills for more than 15 years. Her previous career was in recruitment for 10 years.
Her approach is appreciative, strengths-based and her areas of passion and expertise include: working with groups and individuals to find out what their natural styles and strengths are and how to build on those, developing high performing teams, design and delivery of leadership and management development programmes and one-on-one coaching.
Trish holds a BA in Education and English Literature from Victoria University and is experienced in an array of tools and frameworks for people to quickly understand themselves and their teams and how to get the best out of them.
Trish’s previous positions have included:
- Programme Director for the New Zealand College of Management, and
- Continuing Education Manager for the Insurance Institute of New Zealand.
